How Returns Work

Buying jewelry online can be tricky, I totally get it! If you've made it this far, you're either considering making a purchase, or you've already received your order and things aren't quite right.

I'm here to help. Here's how I handle returns:

  1. Email Julia (that's me) at third.hand.silversmith@gmail.com. Tell me why you'd like to make the return. Include your order number, and the name of the item you'd like to return.

  2. I'll email you back as soon as possible to discuss your return.
    You are responsible for the cost of return shipping and returning the item in its original packaging.

  3. Once the item has been returned to me in its original condition, I will email you a digital Third Hand Silversmith gift card for you to use on a future purchase.

  4. If your return is approved, you will be refunded in the amount of the item only, shipping costs will not be refunded
**Eligible Made to Order items can be exchanged for a different size! You are responsible for the cost of shipping and returning the item for resizing in its original packaging.
